1. Do I need to buy a server? No, P4 Warehouse is only sold as SAAS (Software as a Service).

2. Can I use P4 Warehouse on an Apple computer? Yes, P4 Warehouse can run on any modern web browser. We do not recommend Safari as we have noticed bugs in how this browser handles data. Mobile for P4 Warehouse only works on Android devices.

3. Will the Android app work on a smartphone? Yes, the app can run on a regular Android smartphone. However, one of the advantages of P4 Warehouse is the speed of barcode scanning. To see the full potential of the WMS, you need to use an Android device with a built-in barcode scanner. We highly recommend Zebra Android devices, as Zebra has a utility called DataWedge that forces the warehouse worker to follow the process, saving them from sitting in the office to type in the information.

4. Does P4 Warehouse have integrated production? Yes, P4 Warehouse has full production line functionality.

5. Do I have to purchase each P4 Warehouse feature separately like in other WMS systems? No, we do not sell P4 Warehouse in modules. We sell the complete solution for a very reasonable cost. We do not charge extras to our customers. There are no hidden costs with P4 Warehouse.

6. Does P4 Warehouse handle multiple companies? Yes, P4 Warehouse is a multi-company and multi-warehouse solution.

7. I have a specific need to install P4 Warehouse on my own server, is this possible? Yes, we offer P4 Warehouse in three different models:

• SAAS (Software as a Service): This is the most economical solution.
• Hybrid Cloud: It is installed on your server, but the license is in the cloud. This allows you to easily adjust user licenses. That is, if you need to increase or decrease the number of licenses, it is very simple.
• Full On-Premise: This model allows you to have your WMS completely disconnected from the Internet.

It is important to note that models 2 and 3 do not include updates as we do not have access to your private server. Model #1 includes automatic updates, meaning you will always have the most recent version of the software.
