P4 Books Cloud Accounting – Quotes
A Quote is a proposal that you send to your customers detailing all the items and their prices that you plan to sell to them. Once the customer accepts the quote, you can convert it into a sales order or invoice.
To create a Quote in P4 Books:
- GonnaSalts and select Quotes.
- Click + New in the top right corner of the page.

After clicking New you will see the screen above, select a customer and warehouse and click Submit.

On this screen you can add your products and services and then email the quote to your client.
Remember, if you buy boxed products, then set up Packsizes so you can sell boxes of products with ease.
