Introduction

P4 Software, headquartered in Panama City, Panama, is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Implementation and Compliance

  • The Ethics Committee, composed of members from various departments, will oversee the implementation and application of this policy.
  • All employees are required to complete annual ethics training and acknowledge their understanding of and commitment to this policy.
  • Suspected violations of this policy should be reported immediately to a supervisor, the Ethics Committee or through the company's whistleblower hotline. Reports may be anonymous and will be treated confidentially.

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of this Ethics Policy will be taken seriously and may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment, legal action and restitution.
